Frequently asked questions
First, take a quick look in your spam folder; tickets often get filtered there especially if you haven't purchased from Humanitix before.
If you still can't locate them, please email us at thebornemann@campusoflife.org.
If you're viewing the tickets on a computer, use the navigation arrows shown on the left and right sides of the ticket image (see screenshot below) to move between tickets. If you're on a mobile device, simply swipe left or right to view the other ticket(s).
Yes, however we strongly encourage you to purchase tickets in advance to ensure availability and that you are seated with your party.
Yes! Please note children who do not sit on a lap will require their own ticket. Also, certain shows have mature content (i.e. comedy shows) so please use discretion.
Late arrivals are still welcome. Our ushers will guide you to a side entrance and so you can be seated during a natural break in the action on stage. We do recommend arriving early, so you can enjoy dinner at TERI Common Grounds Café or take advantage of concessions.
Because our Campus is designed to support individuals with special needs and disabilities, The Bornemann is fully ADA accessible with designated seating, nearby complimentary parking, and accommodations for shuttles and passenger buses.
Complimentary parking is available on campus, with multiple ADA-accessible spaces located close to the theatre. A convenient drop-off curb for vehicles, shuttle and passenger buses is also available near the entrance for easy access.
After turning left through Campus of Life entrance, there are 4 parking options:
Immediately on your right there are four driveway parallel spots along the curb.
Make your first left into the Vocational Center parking lot
Pull forward to the roundabout and stay left to continue down the driveway. Park in any of the available spots.
Pass the Performing Arts Center building and enter the back lot parking.
Overflow parking will also be open and street signage will guide you to the parking lot driveway (not our main entrance) as a parking alternative.
Gates close at midnight. No overnight parking.

Yes. Dancing is allowed at the bottom of the stairs on either side of the stage, as long as the audience's view is not obstructed.
Yes! Join us before the show at our onsite café, TERI Common Grounds, open 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Concessions are also available before and during the performance. You're welcome to bring café or concession beverages into the theatre—cup holders are provided for your convenience. No outside food and alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Yes. There are two ways to rent the theatre.
Live Show Booking
As a performer or artist, you can rent the theatre for your concert or show. Please email our Director of Entertainment Operations, Luke Harmon, at booking@campusoflife.org for full details.
Private Rental
The theatre venue features 197 seats, including 5 removable ADA options, and a spacious 1300 sqft stage. Equipped with an ETC Suite of Source Fours lighting and an Allen & Heath sound system, it’s perfect for all your technical needs. Every booking includes access to a dressing room, hair and makeup room, green room, and two lovely patios (Old Oak Grove Deck and Courtyard at the Bornemann). Whether you're planning presentations, corporate retreats, keynote speakers, private entertainment, or even a ‘dine on the stage’, the Bornemann Theatre has you covered!
